REDI Summit 2024 delegates and leadership in Brussels
What we do

Five programmes, one goal: more Roma-owned businesses reaching real markets.

Our work runs through five synchronized long-term initiatives rather than isolated projects. Each initiative removes a specific barrier between Roma entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and mainstream European markets.

02REDI Business Clubs

Pan-European network for Roma entrepreneurs

The REDI Business Club network provides an institutional framework dedicated to the growth of Roma entrepreneurs and their enterprises across Central and Eastern Europe. While vulnerable communities can appear homogeneous from the outside, local market sellers and micro-enterprises often compete in fragmented local environments. Through REDI Business Clubs, we rebuild community trust via online and offline forums, B2B meetings, and regional business summits. Entrepreneurs identify synergies, trade together, and form joint commercial initiatives.
If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.
Milton BerleMotto of the REDI Business Clubs Network

Contact point and incubation support

Establishing regional contact points for identifying Roma entrepreneurs and guiding them from initial business concept through legal registration, operational setup, and commercial scaling.

Information exchange and peer networking

Encouraging knowledge sharing, collaborative supply chains, and B2B partnerships among club members across different regions and sectors.

EU funding and project application guidance

Providing technical assistance and structured mentorship for Roma business owners applying for European Union grants, state subsidies, and development funding.

Technical assistance and certified experts database

Granting direct access to REDI’s database of certified experts across key business disciplines: accounting, tax compliance, digital marketing, legal affairs, and business plan design.

Bank loans and non-banking microfinance access

Assisting entrepreneurs in preparing credit applications for commercial banks, government loan schemes, and microfinance institutions backed by REDI Fund guarantees.

Institutional representation and quality standards

Building a unique, Roma-led representation structure interacting with state bodies and international chambers of commerce, maintaining high ethical and reputational standards.
