Programme officer — financial inclusion

Support the Fund pillar in Bucharest: prepare business files, liaise with partner lenders, and track facilitated loan applications.

You will work directly with entrepreneurs preparing for institutional finance, and with the banks and funds on the other side of the application.

2+ years in microfinance, banking, or SME support
Working knowledge of Romanian and English
Comfortable travelling to communities across Romania

External evaluation of the 2023–2026 economic inclusion programme

REDI seeks an external evaluator to assess outcomes of its three-year economic inclusion programme across Romania, North Macedonia and Serbia.

Scope covers outcome measurement across the Learn, Fund and Sell pillars, including the training cohort, facilitated loan applications and digitalisation support.

Proposals should include methodology, team CVs, a work plan and a budget in EUR. Questions and submissions go to info@redi-ngo.eu quoting the reference number.
