Before REDI could deliver a regional programme, it had to become an organisation capable of holding one. This project funded that work: governance structures, financial management systems, monitoring and reporting practice, and the recruitment and training of country teams.
The result is the operating model the network runs on today — local organisations with their own boards and staff, sharing one methodology and one set of standards.
