GEA is a strategic partnership of five organisations from Romania, Italy, North Macedonia, Serbia and Spain, coordinated by REDI Romania, working to raise the entrepreneurial potential of young Roma people.
The partnership looks for common and innovative solutions, good practices and current technologies that raise the entrepreneurial skills of young Roma and other young people in green businesses — and that help them apply those skills to businesses with real socio-economic impact in their own communities.
Objectives:
- Provide young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with training and mentoring on green entrepreneurship and digital tools, so they can develop, start and promote their own green companies.
- Improve the digital skills of aspiring green entrepreneurs.
- Provide good practice and methodology for youth educators working in the green business sector.
- Raise awareness of green business models that carry no negative impact on the local environment, the community or the economy.
Co-financed by the European Union under Erasmus+.
