The first phase established REDI's permanent presence in Serbia and North Macedonia: two registered organisations, two business centres, and a field network of facilitators working directly in Roma neighbourhoods.
Entrepreneurs were mapped and enrolled, trained in business and financial literacy, then supported through registration, digitalisation and loan applications with local financial institutions.
Phase I set the operating model that phase II now extends across the region.
