REQSE promotes the effective implementation of objective 5 of the new EU strategic framework for Roma — equal access to quality and sustainable employment — in Romania and Bulgaria.
The project combines education and awareness raising, monitoring and data collection, and capacity building for the institutions and employers that decide who gets hired. Its research strand mapped the needs of Roma communities and the gaps inside public institutions, in partnership with the Roma-Lom Foundation in Bulgaria.
