REDI Recycling grows its collector cooperative in Skopje
The Skopje-based social enterprise of Roma waste collectors expands formal contracts, protective equipment and monthly income guarantees.
REDI Recycling was founded to move Roma waste collectors from informal, unprotected work into a formal enterprise with contracts, equipment and predictable income.
The enterprise now handles higher volumes for municipal and commercial clients, and reinvests margin into the collectors themselves rather than distributing it outward.
