Support the Fund pillar in Bucharest: prepare business files, liaise with partner lenders, and track facilitated loan applications.

You will work directly with entrepreneurs preparing for institutional finance, and with the banks and funds on the other side of the application.

  • 2+ years in microfinance, banking, or SME support
  • Working knowledge of Romanian and English
  • Comfortable travelling to communities across Romania
